Craig Ivey

Craig Ivey

Craig Ivey is President and General Manager of the Performance Films Division for Solutia Inc.

Solutia's Performance Films division is the world’s leading manufacturer and marketer of high-quality, aftermarket window films for the automotive and architectural markets, as well as the U.S. leader in the do-it-yourself window film segment. Performance Films is also a leading supplier of high-value, precision-coated films and film components sold to a variety of OEM markets including the electronic display and medical device industries. As President and General Manager, Craig has responsibility for all commercial, operational and strategic aspects of the business.

Craig most recently served as Vice President – Photovoltaics in Solutia’s Advanced Interlayers division. He has been with Solutia since the company’s inception in 1997 and brings more than 25 years of manufacturing, business and leadership expertise to Performance Films. He also served as Vice President of Business Operations – Asia Pacific and was instrumental in growing Solutia’s presence across Asian markets. Craig’s contributions to the success of numerous Solutia products, as well as his knowledge of emerging markets, make him uniquely qualified to drive and grow the Performance Films division.

Craig earned his bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Auburn University.



Scott Morris

Scott Morris

Scott Morris is Vice President, Business Management of Solutia's Performance Films division. In his role, Scott is responsible for Precision Coatings, Window Films, and Premium Brands. Scott has been with Solutia for over four years serving as the GM for the Precision Coatings segment of Performance Films.

Prior to joining Solutia, Scott served as the director of corporate development for Spectrum Brands where he was responsible for developing a pipeline and executing transactions for mergers and acquisitions, strategic partnerships, licensing, and new category penetration. These efforts helped the company grow from approximately $250 million in sales to just under $1 billion before being sold. Scott also served as the director of international sales and marketing for Brulin Corporation. He created the company’s international division, focused on selling precision surfactants for the aerospace and electronics markets. He has extensive professional experience in international growth strategy and is proficient in both German and Spanish languages.

Scott has a B.A. in Political Science from DePauw University and an MBA from Kelly School of Business (Indiana University).



Wing Kwang

Wing Kwang

Wing Kwang is Global Business Director and Brand Manager of Solutia’s Performance Films Core Brands Window Films. In this role, Wing has profit and loss responsibilities for the LLumar®, Vista®, FormulaOne® and Gila® brands and directs the business management and sales and marketing organizations. Wing joined Performance Films in January, 2011 in business management and assumed additional responsibilities for sales and marketing in July. Based in St. Louis, Wing is responsible for developing and implementing strategies for growing top line revenue, with emphasis in key growing market segments and regions and improving bottom line results through complexity reductions and improved quality and service to the partners in the channel.

Prior to joining Performance Films, Wing was Global Automotive and Specialty Additives Business Director in the Advanced Interlayers business where he led strategic efforts to increase automotive market penetration and grow sales of premium acoustic and heads-up-display interlayers. Wing has also held positions of increasing responsibilities in manufacturing, supply chain, and marketing and product management and has worked overseas in Asia Pacific, based in Tokyo and Singapore, for almost 8 years prior to relocating to St. Louis in 2001. Notable achievements in Wing’s career include leading the startup of the first aqueous polyvinyl butyral resin plant in Indian Orchard and startups in Singapore of the regional customer service center (since relocated to Shanghai) and the Saflex® regional finishing and distribution center.

Wing received his Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from The City College of New York and an MBA from Western New England College.



Lisa Winckler

Lisa Winckler

Lisa Winckler is Vice President, Product Development and Research for Solutia's Performance Films division. Lisa is responsible for the Department of Research and Technology, which focuses on innovation and the development of new products to meet the needs of the growing market. In addition, she started the Technical Services Organization at Solutia, evolving it from a one-person department to the industry’s leading resource for global technical support.

In 1984, Lisa began working as a Quality Manager and Certified Quality Engineer for Gila River Products, which later was acquired by the business that is today’s Solutia. Lisa began her career at Sheldahl Inc., a manufacturer of products in the flexible laminate technology field.

Lisa currently holds four patents. She received her Bachelor’s in Chemistry from the University of South Dakota.



Ben Foo Doon Seng

Ben Foo

Benjamin Foo Doon Seng is General Manager, Asia & Australia for Solutia's Performance Films division. He is responsible for the division's sales, marketing, market development and distribution activities for the Asia and Australia regions. Based in Shanghai, Ben will focus the efforts of the regional and global business teams on the highest potential opportunities to yield sustained growth and market development.

Prior to Solutia, Ben was General Manager of Johns Manville, a leading manufacturer of commercial, industrial and residential applications. Before Manville, Ben held roles of increasing responsibility at Hilti Asia, Stanley Works, Tai Wah Distributors and ASICS.

Ben graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration. He is fluent in English, Mandarin and major Chinese dialects.
