Conservatory films
Llumar® conservatory films are a cost-effective, unobtrusive and permanent solution to the problems caused by sunshine in conservatories, such as overheating in the summer, uncomfortable glare, and fading of furniture and fabrics.
Material blinds are expensive, they require cleaning and maintenance, and they can affect the visible light levels within the conservatory. LLumar films require no maintenance other than normal window cleaning, and they address the issues of solar gain glare and UV protection while allowing visible light to pass through.
Llumar® conservatory films can reject as much as 79% of unwanted solar energy (which can mean a heat gain reduction of 71%), reduce solar glare by 83% and block out 99% of harmful UV rays. Plus the use of Llumar® film can typically reduce internal temperatures by as much as 6-8degC.
